Blossoming Flower Land-Based Education’s vision is to provide programming for children, youth and families that builds strong, healthy relationships with ourselves, with each other and with the land.

Blossoming Flower Land-Based Education’s mission is to offer programming that follows Indigenous worldviews and Forest School principles. Our year-round multilingual camp, daycare and school programs take place on the land.

Blossoming Flower Land-Based Education’s approach to programming is anti-racist, trauma informed, land-based educational experiences in Indigenous languages and English. We welcome Indigenous and non-Indigenous children, youth and families to participate in cultural land-based adventures. Our program is guided by a diverse group of Indigenous and non-Indigenous people: Elders, Knowledge Holders, Indigenous language speakers and people who love the outdoors. When we work, learn and play together on the land, we heal our relationships and renew our connections to self, others and the land. Land-based education ensures that the next seven generations are prepared to live sustainably as good stewards of the land.
